Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate freight forwarding operations (both import and export) to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
  • Handle customer service tasks by providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure high service satisfaction.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and sales proposals to potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate with stakeholders about delays, documentation, or other operational matters.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and sales revenue.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitors within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Supervise and support junior staff to ensure high performance and professional development
Qualification Requirement
  • Korean national, aged between 25–35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Thai and English (must be able to communicate effectively with Thai staff).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in logistics is preferred.
